Your website is given a score based on your Alexa rank and your Technorati score; this combined score then determines how much it costs others to have a review on your website. All you need to do then is agree to the offers you get from the website, and write your 200 word minimum reviews. They don’t even need to be positive; you can be as honest or as opinionated as you wish.
At the end of each month, you get paid via PayPal. Simple as that!
